Question 3 Based on who they are (personality, strengths, gifts) what do you hope they accomplish or who do hope they become? What do you see them doing when they become adults?
She is so much stronger in her faith than I was, so much more committed to her faith than I was that sometimes I also wonder. I believe she will be a good person, funny enough just yesterday she said that no matter who or what she does when she grows up she wants it to be where God leads her. She is compassionate and feels deeply the hurts of others. I do not know where God will lead her I just know that she will try to be a good person and make good decisions.
I hope they discover ways to use their personality, gifts, etc in meaningful ways. I want them to live lives rooted in love and with confidence that they can conquer any obstacles. I pray they live in the joy of knowing God and trusting him with their lives. I don't have a specific vision for what they will do as adults, although there are many things I think they would be great at and enjoy. I think that is one of my favorite parts of being a parent, watching as they use and discover their gifts and interests and seeing where that leads.
She is becomming a very caring person of faith. She wants to care for others, to be helpful, to make a difference. All great qualities that will allow her many career choices. In the near term I would be supprised if she did not choose some type of mission work since she also wants to travel abroad.
My name is Aron Rice. I am the best husband and father on the planet...well that is what my wife and kids say. My wife Cessie is my best friend and we work as a great team to raise our 4 kids in a Christ centered home..2 boys and 2 girls, all 8 and under. God has graced us with an incredible heart for families, specifically fathers. Welcome to our Journey!

See you don't have to be first to comment.
